Total Shareholding definition

Total Shareholding means, with respect to a particular stockholder of the Issuer at any time, the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing (i) the number of shares of Common Stock or Designated Preferred Stock, as the case may be, held by such stockholder at such time, by (ii) the number of shares of Common Stock and Designated Preferred Stock, in the aggregate, outstanding at such time.

Related to Total Shareholding

  • Shareholding means the holding by a Member of a Share or Shares (whether in a class or not);

  • Total Shareholder Return or “TSR” means for each of the Company and the Peer Companies, the company’s total shareholder return, which will be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value, and then subtracting one (1).
