Total Tax Levy definition

Total Tax Levy means the total annual tax levy assessed, charged and collected by the Township, consisting of the general municipal, county and school district tax levies, and including special assessments and other special taxes. Trustee – shall mean the financial institution designated by the Township to serve as trustee for the Bonds in accordance with the terms of the Bond Resolution and/or the Indenture. Unit – shall mean one of the approximately twenty-two residential Units to be built as part of the Project, the tax exemption upon which shall continue and inure to the benefit of any Owner, its successors and assigns in accordance with the terms hereof.
