Tourist Railway Rules and General Instructions definition

Tourist Railway Rules and General Instructions means the Tourist Railway Rules and Instructions as amended from time to time or subsequent rules issued by the Association of Tourist Railways. The Rules and Instructions are made for the management, operation and maintenance of Tourist Railways who are members of the Association of Tourist Railways Inc. and to define the safe working system of those railways.
