Tow Desk definition

Tow Desk means the private tow dispatching company contracted with the City of Portland for municipal tow dispatching and data management or any government agency serving this function.
Tow Desk means the company under contract with City to provide central dispatching of towing services and maintenance of a database of information about tows.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).
