Townhome Association means the Daybreak Community Sub Associations: North Shore Townhome Association, SoDa Row Townhome Association, South Station Townhome Association, Lake Village Townhome Association, and Garden Park Townhome Association

  • The Townhome Association shall be formed, and the Townhome Declaration recorded, prior to, or simultaneously with, the creation of any Townhome Lot.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, however, no Townhome Declaration or Recorded Plat creating Townhome Lots may be recorded against any Townhome Parcel unless and until the terms and provisions of the Townhome Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Townhome Association, and the Plat, have been approved, in writing, by the Declarant and evidence thereof recorded in the Public Records of the County.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, in the event of any conveyance of any Townhome Association Common Area to the Association pursuant to this subsection C.


More Definitions of Townhome Association

Townhome Association means any corporation, so identified in a Declaration of Townhome filed by the Developer with respect to any portion of the Properties, which Townhome Association exists for purposes of administering and maintaining such portion of the Properties.
Townhome Association means the Daybreak Community Sub Associations applicable to the townhome being purchased.
Townhome Association means an association formed for the Townhome Parcel(s) pursuant to a Townhome Declaration as the entity vested with the power and authority pursuant to the terms hereof to represent the Owners of the Townhome Lots within such Townhome Parcel with respect to membership matters in the Association, all pursuant to, and as more particularly set forth in, the provisions of Article VI of this Declaration.
