Purchaser acknowledges that the Property is subject to the Declaration and that upon purchase of the Property, Purchaser shall personally be subject to all the provisions of the Declaration, including but not limited to provisions requiring membership in and payment of assessments to ▇▇▇▇▇ Townhome Association, Inc.

A Townhome Association shall be formed for any Townhome Parcel upon subdivision of such Townhome Parcel into more than one legally recognized Townhome Lot, whether by Recorded Plat or other subdivision process, and a Townhome Declaration shall be recorded against such Townhome Parcel that complies in all substantive respects with the requirements of, and imposes upon such Townhome Association all obligations required by, this Declaration.
The Townhome Association shall be formed, and the Townhome Declaration recorded, prior to, or simultaneously with, the creation of any Townhome Lot.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, however, no Townhome Declaration or Recorded Plat creating Townhome Lots may be recorded against any Townhome Parcel unless and until the terms and provisions of the Townhome Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Townhome Association, and the Plat, have been approved, in writing, by the Declarant and evidence thereof recorded in the Public Records of the County.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, in the event of any conveyance of any Townhome Association Common Area to the Association pursuant to this subsection C.
