Townhome Declaration definition

Townhome Declaration means collectively the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions For Daybreak Sub Association Townhomes and Condominiums and the articles, bylaws, resolutions, rules and regulations of the Residential Association as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Townhome Declaration means a declaration that may be recorded against the Townhome Parcel (or portion thereof) for purposes of submitting the Lots within the Townhome Parcel to the terms of said Declaration. At the election of the Initial Purchaser of the Townhome Parcel, the Townhome Parcel may be submitted to the Illinois Condominium Property Act and be governed by a Condominium Declaration.
Townhome Declaration means and refer to a declaration of covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions, or document of similar nature, that is recorded against title to any subdivided Townhome Parcel pursuant to the provisions of Article VI of this Declaration.
