Trade or occupation definition

Trade or occupation means one of the job classifica- tions recognized by the department that identifies the primary pur- pose and typical duties regularly performed by laborers, workers, mechanics and truck drivers employed in the erection, construc- tion, remodeling, repairing or demolition of any building or any other public works project.

  • Own Occupation means your occupation that you were performing when your Disability or Partial Disability began. For the purposes of determining Disability under this plan, Lincoln will consider your occupation as it is normally performed in the national economy.

  • Home occupation means an occupation permitted in a dwelling unit and which:

  • Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.

  • Regular Occupation means the occupation you routinely perform at the time the Disability begins. We will consider the duties of the occupation as it is normally performed in the general labor market in the national economy.

  • elementary occupation means any occupation involving unskilled or semi-skilled work;
