Trademark Assignments definition

Trademark Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c).
Trademark Assignments means the assignment agreement pursuant to which Seller assigns to Buyer the Assigned Marks, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Trademark Assignments means the agreements entered into concurrently herewith and attached as Exhibit D-1 and Exhibit D-2.

More Definitions of Trademark Assignments

Trademark Assignments means an assignment transferring all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all registered Assigned Trademarks to Buyer, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D, and such other documents as may be required to be filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or any other Governmental Authority to effect the transfer of the registered Assigned Trademarks.
Trademark Assignments means the assignment agreement pursuant to which Seller assigns to Buyer the purchased Marks, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Trademark Assignments means the Collateral Assignment and Security Agreements (Trademarks), each dated as of the date hereof, made by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in favor of the Agent, for its benefit and the ratable benefit of the Lenders.
