  • During the first phase of the Trademark Claims Notice Services, registrars will display real-time notices to customers that attempt to register a domain name matching a Trademark Record verified by the Trademark Clearinghouse.

  • You are responsible for any selections made in the Clearinghouse User Interface that could result in you not receiving a NORN (i.e. opting to not receive NORNs for a certain label for a Trademark Record).

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Copyright owner means the owner of a copyright of a musical work recognized and enforceable under the copyright laws. Copyright owner does not include the owner of a copyright in a motion picture or audiovisual work or in any portion of a motion picture or audiovisual work.

  • Patents means all patents, patent applications and like protections including without limitation improvements, divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, extensions and continuations-in-part of the same.

  • Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.
