During the first phase of the Trademark Claims Notice Services, registrars will display real-time notices to customers that attempt to register a domain name matching a Trademark Record verified by the Trademark Clearinghouse.
Notice of Registered Names (“NORNs”)During the Claims Notice period, the Trademark Clearinghouse will notify Trademark Holders if a Domain Name is registered that matches a Trademark Record in the Trademark Clearinghouse.
To be eligible for the TREx Service, a label must (i) be at least three valid characters long and otherwise conform to ICANN-mandated DNS label syntax rules, (ii) match a label that is listed in an active sunrise-eligible Trademark Record in the TMCH, (iii) not be already registered as a domain name in the TLD, and (iv) not be withheld or blocked from registration in accordance with the Registry Agreement.

You are responsible for any selections made in the Clearinghouse User Interface that could result in you not receiving a NORN (i.e. opting to not receive NORNs for a certain label for a Trademark Record).
