Traffic Study definition

Traffic Study means a report that outlines the impacts on existing and future traffic conditions resulting from the proposed developments, as well as on-site parking, loading, turning movements, and related matters, in accordance with the specifications provided by the City’s Engineering and Municipal Operations department.
Traffic Study is defined in Section 2.8.1 to this Agreement. “TUMF” is defined in Section 2.8.1 to this Agreement.

Traffic Study is defined in Section 4.11.
Traffic Study means a specialized study of the impacts that a certain type and size of development in a specific location will have on the surrounding transportation system. The scope of work for the study will be determined by the city.
Traffic Study means a comprehensive transportation study prepared for a Tentative PUD Plan in a manner reasonably acceptable to the District that addresses specific impacts to the Major Street Segments and Major Intersections, the local street network and intersections related to that individual Village development, non-vehicular Village transportation improvements such as pedestrian and bike routes and bus stops, impacts outside of the Village and the need to construct access roads, or to increase the capacity of existing access roads to the Village, or to any of its individual developments.   • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Clinical Trial means a Phase I Clinical Trial, Phase II Clinical Trial or Phase III Clinical Trial, or any post-approval human clinical trial, as applicable.

  • Phase IV Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial conducted after Regulatory Approval of the applicable Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority as a condition to, or for the maintenance of, any Regulatory Approval, including a trial that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.85, as may be amended, or the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety, tolerability and preliminary activity of the Licensed Product, including, without limitation, for determining the maximum tolerated dose, or optimal dose. For purposes of this Agreement, a Phase I trial shall specifically exclude a study in healthy volunteers.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges or an indication of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), or an equivalent clinical trial in a country in the Territory other than the United States.

  • Phase III Trial means a clinical trial of a drug product conducted in an expanded patient population at multiple sites, which is statistically powered and designed to definitively establish safety and efficacy with respect to a particular indication of one or more particular doses in the patients being studied and to provide the statistical and clinical basis for Regulatory Approval of such drug product.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Study in any country which is conducted after Regulatory Approval of a product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, consisting of trials conducted voluntarily for enhancing marketing or scientific knowledge of an approved indication and trials conducted due to request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product on patients, including possibly pharmacokinetic and dose ranging studies, the principal purposes of which are to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe for its intended use and to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of further clinical trials, and generally consistent with 21 CFR §312.21(b), or its successor regulation, or the equivalent in any foreign country.

  • Pivotal Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product on a sufficient number of subjects that, prior to commencement of the trial, satisfies both of the following ((a) and (b)):
