Proposed Development definition

Proposed Development means the construction on the Property of buildings for use as Dwellings comprising not less than [ ] square feet as may be amended by a Planning Application approved by the Landlord.
Proposed Development means an activity or project proposed by a Developer that may be subject to the environmental impact screening and review process set out in sections 11, 12, and 13 of the IFA.
Proposed Development means the development on the Lands contemplated in the Development Permit and this Agreement;

Examples of Proposed Development in a sentence

  • If the maximum Developer Fee calculated in this step is equal to or greater than the proposed Development’s stated Developer Fee, there will be no resulting deduction to the stated Developer Fee or the TDC of the Proposed Development from this first review.

  • If this step causes the maximum Developer Fee to be less than the proposed Development’s stated Developer Fee, the stated Developer Fee will be reduced to the maximum Developer Fee calculated in this step, and the TDC of the Proposed Development will be equally reduced to incorporate the first mandated cost reduction.

  • The second step will reduce the maximum Developer Fee by the lesser of (a) the actual amount that the TDC of the Proposed Development exceeds the Maximum TDC, (b) $500,000, or (c) 25 percent of the Maximum Developer Fee calculated in (1) above.

  • The third step will have the maximum Developer Fee calculated in (2) above reduced by the same percentage as the percentage that the TDC of the Proposed Development determined in (2) above exceeds the Maximum TDC.

  • If the maximum Developer Fee calculated in this step is equal to or greater than the proposed Development’s Developer Fee calculated in (1) above, there will be no resulting deduction to the stated Developer Fee or the TDC of the Proposed Development from this second review.


More Definitions of Proposed Development

Proposed Development means the construction on the Property of buildings for use as Dwellings (of which at least [50%] (measured by habitable room) must comprise Affordable Dwellings [and Commercial Units] comprising not less than [ ] square feet of Dwellings (comprising not less than:
Proposed Development means the proposed Able Marine Energy Park as applied for under the powers of the Order;
Proposed Development means the Major Development Plan approved by the City of Hallandale Beach for construction of a mixed use, 31 story, 305 feet 4 inches in height building with 216 hotel rooms with 432 hotel keys (2 bedroom units with “lock outs” to permit maximum configuration of 432 hotel rooms), 84 multi family residential units, 1,225 square feet of restaurant space, and an associated parking garage with 451 spaces including tandem parking.
Proposed Development means any redevelopment of the Land that relies on the Instrument Change to be approved and for the avoidance of doubt excludes renovation or refurbishment of the existing dwellings on the Land but includes any redevelopment of the Land that would result in the total number of dwellings on the Land to be more than 136 dwellings.
Proposed Development means the Major Development Plan approved by the City of Hallandale Beach for construction of a 64 unit multi-family residential condominium and an associated parking garage with 165 spaces including valet stacked (mechanical) parking.
Proposed Development means a major new domestic water treatment system or a major extension to such system, as defined in this Section and includes any proposed land development directly related to such system if such development is to be located wholly or partially within this County and if such development specifically generates the need for the system. The term "development area" as used in these Regulations is included within the meaning of "proposed development."
