Transaction Facilitation Agreement definition

Transaction Facilitation Agreement means the agreement dated December 10, 2007 between GM and Delphi with respect to the proposed sale of the Global Steering Business, which agreement was authorized and approved by the Bankruptcy Court by order entered on February 25, 2008 (Docket No. 12868).
