Transaction Trigger Notice definition

Transaction Trigger Notice means a notice within the Transaction Notice Period that the Transaction has been terminated prior to completion or that the Transaction will not be settled for any reason whatsoever or that the Issuer has publicly stated that it no longer intends to pursue the Transaction.

Transaction Trigger Notice means a notice to the Noteholders given in accordance with § 4(d) and § 11 within the Transaction Notice Period that the Transaction has been terminated prior to its completion or that the Transaction will not be settled for any reason whatsoever or that the Issuer has publicly stated that it no longer intends to pursue the Transaction.
