Transactions Standards definition

Transactions Standards means the Standards for Electronic Transactions, 45 C.F.R. Part 162, Subpart I, as amended from time to time.

  • Any ambiguity in this Agreement shall be resolved in favor of a meaning that permits the Parties to comply with the Privacy Rule, the Electronic Transactions Standards, or any other requirements under HIPAA or 42 C.F.R. Part 2.
