Transfer of Servicing means, with respect to an eNote, a MERS eRegistry transfer transaction used to request a change to the current Master Servicer Field or Subservicer Field of such eNote.

Related to Transfer of Servicing

  • Servicing Transfer Event means any of the events specified in the Servicing Agreement, whereby the servicing of the Mortgage Loan is required to be transferred to the Special Servicer from the Master Servicer.
