Examples of Transfer or Transferred in a sentence
This Warrant may be transferred, exercised, exchanged or assigned ("Transfer" or "Transferred"), in whole or in part, subject to the provisions of this Section 6.1. The Holder shall have the right to Transfer all or a part of this Warrant and all or part of the Warrant Shares.
Before any Shares held by Optionee or any permitted transferee (each, a "Holder") may be sold, pledged, assigned, hypothecated, transferred, or otherwise disposed of (including transfer by gift or operation of law and, collectively, "Transfer" or "Transferred"), the Company or its assignee(s) shall have a right of first refusal to purchase the Shares on the terms and conditions set forth in this Section (the "Right of First Refusal").
Before any Shares held by Optionee (including, for purposes of Sections 4 and 5 hereof, any permitted transferee holding Shares) may be sold, pledged, assigned, hypothecated, transferred, or otherwise disposed of (including transfer by gift or operation of law) (collectively, "Transfer" or "Transferred"), the Company or its assignee(s) shall have a right of first refusal to purchase the Shares on the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 4 (the "Right of First Refusal").
Transfer or Transferred shall mean and include any sale, assignment, encumbrance, hypothecation, pledge, conveyance in trust, gift, transfer by request, devise or descent, or other transfer or disposition of any kind, including, but not limited to, transfers to receivers, levying creditors, trustees or receivers in bankruptcy proceedings or general assignees for the benefit of creditors, whether voluntary or by operation of law, directly or indirectly, of any of the Securities.
Transfer" or "Transferred" shall mean anticipate, alienate, attach, sell, assign, pledge, encumber, charge or otherwise transfer.
