Review Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(b).
Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.
Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.
Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.
Prospective review means utilization review conducted prior to an admission or a course of treatment.
Transfer Fee means the fee payable by the Hirer to the Employment Business in accordance with clause 3.7, as permitted by Regulation 10 of the Conduct Regulations;
Asset Review Notice means the notice from the Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform an Asset Review under Section 3.4 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.
Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;
Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
Underpayment means any payment or portion of a payment not made to a provider for services delivered to eligible members according to the laws and rules applicable to the Medicaid program and to which the provider is entitled.
Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.
Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).
Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
Asset Representations Review means, following the occurrence of a Delinquency Trigger, the review of ARR Receivables to be undertaken by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Transfer Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Review Notice means the notice from the Indenture Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform a Review.
Asset Review Quorum In connection with any solicitation of votes to authorize an Asset Review as described in Section 11.01(a), the Holders of Certificates evidencing at least 5% of the aggregate Voting Rights represented by all of the Certificates.
Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).
