Examples of Transfer Review Fee in a sentence

  • Tenant’s written request for consent to Transfer will be accompanied by a nonrefundable Transfer Review Fee of $1,000.00, which is imposed in order to reimburse Landlord for all of its internal costs and expenses incurred with respect to Landlord's review of the request for the Transfer (and not intended as consideration for the consent to Transfer, it being understood that such payment won’t obligate the Landlord to consent to any requested Transfer).

  • Asset Review Receivable means, for any Asset Review, each Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and with respect to which the related Obligor failed to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it was due and, as of the last day of the Collection Period prior to the date the related Asset Review Notice was delivered, remained unpaid for sixty (60) days or more from the original payment due date.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
