Transferee Representation Letter definition

Transferee Representation Letter means a representation letter substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Transferee Representation Letter means a representation letter by a transferee of an Exchange Note, in substantially the form of Exhibit C to the Basic Collateral Agency Agreement.
Transferee Representation Letter shall have the meaning provided for such term in the Dividend Receipt Purchase Agreement.

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1.(a), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.
