All other fees, costs and expenses related to the sale of the Transferred Land as contemplated herein shall be allocated between the Company and Land LLC in accordance with applicable local custom for similar real estate transactions.
If Grantee sells, assigns, or transfers title to only a portion of the Grantee’s Land (the “Transferred Land”), this franchise shall automatically terminate with respect to the Transferred Land, and the new owner thereof shall not have the right to access the Channel from the Transferred Land until such time as the new owner has received a new permit or franchise from the Authority for such purpose in accordance with the terms of the Mutual Conveyance described in Section 7 of this franchise.
If material which is derogatory to a teacher’s conduct or service is being placed in a teacher’s file, said teacher shall be informed of such action in writing.
The trustees of the Taumatawiwi Trust will not sell or otherwise dispose of any estate or interest in the Transferred Land without first procuring that the purchaser/dispose enters into a direct deed of covenant with Mighty River Power in the same form as this deed (including this clause 2).
The detailed terms and conditions of the Transferred Land shall be stipulated in the separately signed land transfer agreement.
