Transferred Licensed Consumer Care IP definition

Transferred Licensed Consumer Care IP means all Intellectual Property licensed to a member of the Seller Grouppursuant to the Transferred Consumer Care IP Agreements.

Related to Transferred Licensed Consumer Care IP

  • Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary or to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary otherwise has a right to use.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
