Transferred Registered IP means, collectively, the (a) Transferred Patents, (b) Transferred Other Registered IP, and (c) Transferred Registered Trademarks.

Examples of Transferred Registered IP in a sentence

  • None of the Transferred Registered IP has been abandoned or is subject to any cancellation proceeding.

  • There are no actions that must be taken by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries within ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement and that are necessary to obtain, maintain, perfect, preserve or renew any Transferred Registered IP.

  • Other than the Transferred Registered IP, there are no registrations, or pending applications, that have been filed with any applicable Governmental Authority included in the Purchased Intellectual Property Rights.

Related to Transferred Registered IP

  • Registered IP means all Intellectual Property Rights that are registered, filed, or issued under the authority of any Governmental Body, including all patents, registered copyrights, registered mask works, and registered trademarks and all applications for any of the foregoing.

  • Transferred IP means the intellectual property rights set out in the Asset List.

  • Registered contract means a variable annuity contract or variable life insurance policy subject to the prospectus delivery requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
