Transferred Storage Capacity definition

Transferred Storage Capacity has the meaning given in Clause 6.8(d)(i); "VAT" means value added tax, or any similar or analogous tax or impost;
Transferred Storage Capacity has the meaning given in Clause 6.8(d)(i); “VAT” has the meaning given in Clause 11.2;
Transferred Storage Capacity means the amount of Registered Storage Capacity that is to be transferred;

  • Except for the purposes of paragraph4.3.3, and subject to paragraph 4.6, the Transferee Storage User will be treated during the Storage Transfer Period as holding the Transferred Storage Capacity.

  • A User's Available Storage Capacity in a Transco LNG Storage Facility on a Day will be determined as its Registered Storage Capacity, adjusted in respect of any Storage Capacity Transfer(s) (for which that facility is the Transfer Storage Facility and the Storage Transfer Period includes that Day) by adding the Transferred Storage Capacity where the User was the Transferee Storage User, and deducting the Transferred Storage Capacity where the User was the Transferor Storage User, subject to paragraph 4.6.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.
