Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

Participating Facility means, for purposes of this section only, with respect to covered service, a Hospital, Hospital outpatient department, critical access Hospital, ambulatory surgical center or any other facility as otherwise required by law, that has a direct or indirect contractual relationship with BCBSMT setting a rate (above which the provider cannot bill the Member) for furnishing such item or service under The Plan, regardless of whether the provider is considered a preferred or In-Network provider for purposes of In-Network or Out-of-Network Benefits under The Plan.
Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:
Cannabis testing facility means an entity registered by
Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Recycling facility means equipment used by a trade or business solely for recycling:
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State. Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.
Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.
Qualifying Facility means an electric energy generating facility that complies with the qualifying facility definition established by PURPA and any FERC rules as amended from time to time (18 Code of Federal Regulations Part 292, Section 292.203 et seq.) implementing PURPA and, to the extent required to obtain or maintain Qualifying Facility status, is self-certified as a Qualifying Facility or is certified as a Qualified Facility by the FERC.
Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.
Generating Facility means Developer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Developer’s Attachment Facilities.
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having
