Transformed Data definition

Transformed Data means the Provided Data used for the purpose of quantitative evaluation of the performance and effectiveness of TASER energy weapons in the field across a variety of circumstances.
Transformed Data means data that is the output of calculations or analysis performed by or on behalf of Data Recipient or its Affiliates using Market Data as an input, provided that such Market Data used to calculate such output does not remain identifiable in, and may not be readily extracted or reverse- engineered from, such output.
Transformed Data means the set of Data that has been transformed to provide the Services.

Examples of Transformed Data in a sentence

  • If Customer purchases the TASER Data Science Program, Customer grants Axon, its affiliates, and assignees an irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid, royalty-free, and worldwide right and license to use Provided Data solely for the purposes of this Agreement and to create Transformed Data.

Related to Transformed Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.
