Transit Loss definition

Transit Loss means the actual damage, destruction, disappearance, confiscation, or wrongful abstraction of a Ransom while being conveyed or transported by an Insured Person or any person who is authorized by the Insured or Insured Persons to have custody thereof. Section 6. Exclusions This Policy does not apply to any Insured Losses arising out of, attributable to, or involving directly or indirectly any of the following: 1.
