Designated Subcontractor definition

Designated Subcontractor means a subcontractor named in the Contract or chosen jointly by the Contractor and the Purchaser or the Engineer on the Purchaser’s behalf and may include persons with whom the Purchaser has entered a contract before this Contract on terms that the prior contract will be assigned by the Purchaser to the Contractor;
Designated Subcontractor means a subcontractor named in the Contract or chosen jointly by the Contractor and the Principal or the Superintendent on the Principal’s behalf and may include persons with whom the Principal has entered a contract before this Contract on terms that the prior contract will be assigned by the Principal to the Contractor;
Designated Subcontractor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 32.7 (Designated Subcontractors) of the Agreement.

Designated Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who provides services in relation to the Program and has or could reasonably have access to Cardholder Data or Customer Data.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues.   • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
