Transition Employee definition

Transition Employee means each TSA Employee with respect to whom Service Provider and VS have mutually identified and agreed in writing will transfer employment from Service Provider or one of its Affiliates to VS or one of its Affiliates.
Transition Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(c)(ii).
Transition Employee means a current Employee who is not an Available Employee and is designated as a Transition Employee on Section 6.7(b)(2) of the Disclosure Letter.

Transition Employee means an employee of Seller or one of its Affiliates who is staffed primarily for purposes of facilitating the separation and divesture of the Snacks Business from P&G either (i) in connection with transactions contemplated by the Diamond Agreement or (ii) in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
