Current Employee a) A current employee’s appointment or promotion to a position will be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months. The probationary period may be extended by express agreement between the parties to this Agreement. b) Subject to satisfactory performance an employee’s appointment will be confirmed at the conclusion of the probationary period. c) During the probationary period, if the employee’s performance is not satisfactory, the Employer may give the employee one (1) weeks’ notice and return the employee to the classification held immediately prior to the employee’s appointment to the new position.
Current Employee. To complete a change in a unit member's duties, a revised job duty statement shall be developed by the supervisor with input from the Unit member at the time of the Unit member's assignment to the new duties. A change is defined as a modification of the scope of the Unit members' assignment, such as supervision of new departments or programmatic areas.
