Transitional Administrative Services definition

Transitional Administrative Services means administrative assistance with respect to the operation of a Psychiatric Hospital Facility or the provision of Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Services, including but not limited to assistance relating to billing, accounting, governmental regulation, human resources management, information systems, managed care contracting, and purchasing, as well as providing assistance in acquiring, obtaining access, and customizing all software used in the provision of such services.
