Transitional Cluster Study definition

Transitional Cluster Study. Report shall mean the report issued following completion of a Transitional Cluster Study pursuant to Section 5.1.1.2 of this LGIP. Transitional Serial Interconnection Facilities Study shall mean an Interconnection Facilities Study evaluating an Interconnection Request on a serial basis during the transition to the Cluster Study Process, as set forth in Section 5.1.1.1 of this LGIP.
