Transitional Disconnection definition

Transitional Disconnection means the De-energisation of an ICP, generally for an unknown duration and excluding a Permanent Disconnection, where the ICP status code in the Registry is changed to INACT.
Transitional Disconnection means the disconnection of an ICP, generally for an unknown duration, where the four letter ICP status code in the Registry is changed to INACT (or equivalent), but excludes a Permanent Disconnection.
Transitional Disconnection has the same meaning as in the Gas Industry Disconnection and Reconnection Protocol;
