  • Any assignment of Transmission Capacity Rights by a Party having a non-jurisdictional Open Access Transmission Tariff on file with FERC or a Regional Transmission Group (RTG), for the purpose of providing reciprocal transmission service shall be made in accordance with such tariff.

  • Capacity Rights means the rights, whether in existence as of the Effective Date or arising hereafter during the Agreement Term, to capacity, resource adequacy, associated attributes and/or reserves or any of the foregoing associated with the electric generating capability of the Facility, including the right to resell such rights.

  • Transmission Customer means any eligible customer, shipper or designated agent that can or does execute a transmission service agreement or can or does receive transmission service, including all persons who have pending requests for transmission service or for information regarding transmission.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.
