Transmission Plan definition

Transmission Plan means the short-term and perspective plan prepared by the Central Electricity Authority or network plan prepared by the State Transmission Utility in accordance with the National Electricity Policy.
Transmission Plan means the plan prepared by the Central Transmission Utility in accordance with the provisions of the Act or the Rules made thereunder.
