Transmission Service Request definition

Transmission Service Request means a request for Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service or a request for Network Integration Transmission Service.
Transmission Service Request means an application for long term transmission service pursuant to Part II or Part III of the Tariff. Transmission System shall mean the facilities owned, controlled or operated by Transmission Provider that are used to provide transmission service under the Tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Interconnection Customer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
Transmission Service Request means a Transmission Service Request made by a Transmission Customer or prospective Transmission Service Customer made under Module B of this Tariff and shall be governed by the provisions of this Tariff. “Transmission Service” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.327 of this Tariff and shall be provided in accordance with the terms of this Tariff.

  • An Eligible Customer may also proceed directly to Attachment P of the ISO OATT without first submitting a Transmission Service Request or completing a Transmission Service Study under this Section 3.7.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Transmission Provider means any entity or entities transmitting or transporting the Product on behalf of Seller or Buyer to or from the Delivery Point.

  • Transmission links are the means used for inter-connecting distributed units for the purpose of conveying signals, operating data or an energy supply. This equipment is generally electrical but may, in some part, be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic.

  • Transmission Operator means the entity responsible for the reliability of its “local” Transmission System, and that operates or directs the operations of the Transmission Facilities.

  • P.01 Transmission Grade of Service (“GOS”) means a trunk facility provisioning standard with the statistical probability of no more than one call in 100 blocked on initial attempt during the average busy hour.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

  • Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;
