Trial Operation. In addition to other applicable requirements, including those stated in Article 5.2 and Appendix A, Section 6 of this Agreement, Developer shall satisfy the following conditions before commencing Trial Operation of the Large Generating Facility: Sixty (60) days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date for each generating unit, Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owner will develop and agree on a pre- energization checklist and start-up procedures, specifying the tasks that must be completed prior to the Initial Synchronization Date for that generating unit. Developer shall complete all of the non-unit-specific checklist tasks prior to initially energizing the Large Generating Facility, and unit-specific tasks prior to initial synchronization of each generating unit.
Trial Operation. The period during which the Interconnection Customer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of an Electric Generating Unit prior to Commercial Operation.
Trial Operation. 42.3.1 After successful completion of Commissioning Tests of the Facility, Contractor shall notify the same to Owner and seek approval of Owner for proceeding with trial operation of the Facility specified in Technical Specification (the “Trial Operation”). Contractor shall proceed with Trial Operation after receipt of approval from Owner.
42.3.2 Minimum duration of Trial Operation shall be 3 (three) days during which Facility including all associated sub-systems and auxiliaries shall be run in integrated manner at rated full load / part load as made available by the Owner.
42.3.3 During Trial Operation, Facility shall necessarily be operated uninterruptedly for at least seventy two (72) hours at its rated full load.
42.3.4 In the event of interruptions to the Trial Operation, for which Contractor is responsible, Trial Operation shall be restarted.
42.3.5 As part of Trial Operation of the Facility, following shall be demonstrated by the Contractor: 42.3.5.1 Sustained capability of the Facility;
Trial Operation. The period during which Applicant is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
Trial Operation. In addition to other applicable requirements, including those stated in Article 5.2 and Appendix A, Section 5 of this Agreement, Developer shall satisfy the following conditions before commencing Trial Operation of the Large Generating Facility: • Sixty (60) days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date for each generating unit, Developer and CTO will develop and agree on a pre-energization checklist and start- up procedures, specifying the tasks that must be completed prior to the Initial Synchronization Date for that generating unit. • Developer shall complete all of the non-unit-specific checklist tasks prior to initially energizing the Large Generating Facility, and unit-specific tasks prior to initial synchronization of each generating unit. • Trial Operation shall continue to the extent consistent with NYISO Procedures, OATT and Market Services Tariff requirements, but in no event shall any operation continue beyond October 31, 2012 if all SUFs are not completed, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Trial Operation. (i) After completion of the Ordered Performance, the Contractor shall invite the Customer in writing to commence the Trial Operation, a proposal for the testing scenario being part of such invitation. The time limit for the commencement of the Trial Operation shall be ten (10) Working Days after approval of the testing scenario by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing. If carrying out of Installation and/or Implementation and/or Integration forms part of the Ordered Performance, the Contractor shall carry them out no later than on the day preceding the day of commencement of the Trial Operation.
(ii) If the Customer fails to appear for the commencement of the Trial Operation within the deadline set for its carrying out and fails to do so even within an additional period of three (3) Working Days from the Contractor’s repeated written invitation, the Trial Operation shall be deemed terminated without Defects.
(iii) The Parties shall write a record of the performed Trial Operation, which shall be signed by the authorized persons of both Parties.
(iv) If it is ascertained during the Trial Operation that the number of Defects does not exceed the following acceptance criteria: Category A Defects 0 Category B Defects 0 Category C Defects 3 the Contractor shall be entitled to invite the Customer to accept the Ordered Performance and the Customer shall be obliged to accept the Ordered Performance.
(v) If it results from the record of the performed Trial Operation that the Ordered Performance does not meet the acceptance criteria specified in Art. 5.4.3(iv) hereof, the Contractor undertakes to remove detected Defects and, after removing them, to invite the Customer to commence the Trial Operation, Art. 5.4.3 hereof being applied mutatis mutandis. This process of testing and subsequent removing of Defects shall be repeated until the Contractor meets the acceptance criteria specified in Art. 5.4.3(iv) hereof.
Trial Operation. Before take-over, the Contractor carries out a trial operation of the works for a period of 7 consecutive days. This trial operation is repeated should any problem occur within the 7 day period.
Trial Operation. 18.6.1 Organization and fee allocation of trial operation of the project and Engineering Equipment
(1) When the conditions for single-unit no-load trial operation of installed Engineering Equipment are met, the Contractor shall organize the trial operation at its own expenses.
(2) When the conditions for no-load linkage trial operation of installed Engineering Equipment are met, the Project Owner shall organize the trial operation at its own expenses.
(3) The Project Owner shall be responsible for feeding trial operation after completion acceptance of the project. If the Project Owner requests to conduct the commissioning before the completion acceptance or the Contractor is required to cooperate, it shall obtain the consent of the Contractor and a Supplementary Agreement shall be otherwise signed.
Trial Operation. After implementation, the Contractor will invite the Customer to launch the Trial Operation. The time limit for launching the Trial Operation is three (3) Working Days from the Contractor's invitation, unless otherwise agreed to by and between the Parties. The invitation will also contain a design of user tests for comprehensive verification of the System’s functionality according to Annex 2. If the Customer fails to launch the Trial Operation within the time limit reserved for the Trial Operation pursuant to the previous Article hereof and does not remedy the situation within an additional period of three (3) Working Days after a re-invitation by the Contractor, the Trial Operation will be deemed to have ended without any Defects. The Parties will write a record of the Trial Operation. If it is ascertained during the Trial Operation that the number of Defects does not exceed the following values:

The time limit for the commencement of the Trial Operation will be five (5) Working Days after approval of the testing scenario by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed to between the Parties. If carrying out of Installation and/or Implementation and/or Integration forms part of the Ordered Performance, the Contractor will carry out those activities no later than on the day preceding the day of commencement of the Trial Operation.
