Capacity is the ability of the Company to take the gas tendered by a Transportation Customer at the point of delivery and move it through the Company’s system to the point of consumption without interfering with the Company’s operations in serving its other Customers, including, but not limited to, obtaining or moving supplies of gas through the Company’s system(s) to serve other Customers.
