Traumatic Event means an event that:

More Definitions of Traumatic Event

Traumatic Event means an event which occurs in the peace officer(s) scope of employment when the officer is involved in the response to, or investigation of, and event that causes the officer to experience unusually strong emotional reactions or feelings which have the potential to interfere with their ability to function during or after the incident.
Traumatic Event means an event, or series of events, incidents, or circumstances, that is experienced by a peace officer during their scope of employment when they are involved in the response to, or investigation of, an event that causes the peace officer to experience unusually strong emotional reactions or feelings which have the potential to cause lasting adverse effects on their functioning and mental, physical, social, or emotional well-being outside of the typical setting for their position.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • TLAC Disqualification Event means OSFI has advised the Bank in writing that the bail-inable notes issued under the applicable pricing supplement will no longer be recognized in full as TLAC under the TLAC Guideline as interpreted by the Superintendent, provided that a TLAC Disqualification Event will not occur where the exclusion of those bail-inable notes from the Bank’s TLAC requirements is due to the remaining maturity of those bail-inable notes being less than any period prescribed by any relevant eligibility criteria applicable as of the issue date of those bail-inable notes.
