Service Package. Your “Service Package” includes the rates, pricing and features associated with your selected service. Current rates for available Service Packages are listed online at our website or are available upon request by contacting us. From time to time, the Company may change its charges for any Service Package, including pricing for packages bundled with other services we offer. The Company will give you reasonable prior notice of increases or other changes in its charges in conformity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. For contract customers, applicable discounts will be applied to our standard rates (including changed rates) for the same Service Package(s), meaning your total payment to the Company may change (along with our standard rates) during your contract term.

All programming selections have their own rates, terms, and conditions and are subject to change at any time. Current programming and the rates for available Service Packages are listed online at our website or are available upon request by contacting us. From time to time, the Company may change or delete specific programming, and may change its charges for any Service Package, including pricing for packages bundled with other services we offer. The Company will give you reasonable prior notice of increases or other changes in its charges in conformity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You understand and agree that, without liability to us, the content, programs, and/or formats of any programming service may be discontinued, modified, or changed by the owners of such services at any time without prior notice to you. The Company cannot control the lawful “blacking out” of certain special events or programs, and the Company has no responsibility for such matters.
Service Package. This Enterprise License Agreement is based on one (1) of the three (3) following Service Package Options. Service Package i. Subscriber is required to make an advance payment for any One Time Registration Fees stated in the Service Application and Agreement Form. The One Time Registration Fees is non-refundable upon termination of the contract, regardless of remaining subscription period. ii. Unless other specified by us, ViewQwest Fibre Broadband service will be provided to subscriber for 24 months, and thereafter the subscription will continue automatically upon subscription expiry. ViewQwest is not liable for the subscription amount upon subscription expiry should subscriber choose not to re-contract after 21 months into the contract. iii. Contract period will commence upon date of service activation. iv. Subscribers may upgrade their service before 21st month of the contract period, only to a plan with a higher monthly subscription fee. Subscribers are not allowed to downgrade their service during the contract period. Once the upgrade is approved and processed, the original contract period will end and reset. The new contract period will commence from the date of service activation of the upgraded service for another 24 months. v. Subscribers may re-contract their service after 21st month of the contract period, to a plan of a same or higher monthly subscription fee. Subscribers are not allowed to downgrade their service during the contract period. Once the re-contract is approved and processed, the original contract period will end and reset. The new contract period will commence from the date of service activation of the upgraded service for another 24 months. vi. Subscribers may downgrade, re-contract or upgrade their service only after completing the whole contract period. vii. All Value Added Services (except those with contractual period) can be subscribed to/terminated, at any point, regardless of the period of ViewQwest Fibre Broadband Service contract. Termination of any service has to be sent in to xx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Any verbal instruction shall not be honoured. viii. From time to time the premium may be out of stock on the day of installation of the service. In such cases, ViewQwest undertakes to obtain the item and provide it to the subscriber within a reasonable time. Service provision and billing will be unaffected by this delay. ix. ViewQwest will not be liable for any damages including loss of profits, revenue, business and anticipated savings for any service interrupted due to reasons beyond ViewQwest’s control but not limited to any event of force majeure...
Service Package. 3.1 The Landlord requires the Agent to provide the (place X in the appropriate box) [ ] Let-Only Service as described in clause 5.2 and 5.3 of the standard terms [ ] Managed Service, as described in clause 5.4 of the standard terms [ ] Premium Service, as described in clauses 5.5 to 5.8 of the standard terms. 3.2 Subject to clause 3.3, the Agent agrees to provide the selected Service on the standard terms, in exchange for the Fees. 3.3 If the Landlord requires the Premium Service and a Tenancy Agreement for the Property has not been concluded by the 30 June prior to the anticipated letting period: 3.3.1 the Landlord may terminate the Contract as provided in clause 16.4 of the standard terms but, if the Landlord does not do so 3.3.2 the Agent will provide the Managed Service as described in clause 5.4 of the standard terms.
