Treasury Contracts definition

Treasury Contracts means any agreement entered into by Xxxx & Xxxxxx Canada or any of its Subsidiaries to control, fix or regulate currency exchange fluctuations or the rate or rates of interest payable on indebtedness, and includes interest rate swaps, interest rate agreements, caps, collars, futures or hedging agreements and other like money market facilities.
Treasury Contracts means any agreement entered into by the Borrower with a Lender Treasury Contract relating to obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement to control, fix or regulate currency exchange fluctuations or the rate or rates of interest and includes interest rate swaps, interest rate agreements, caps, collars, futures or hedging agreements and other like money market facilities and any combination thereof.
Treasury Contracts means any agreement entered into by the Borrower to control, fix or regulate currency exchange fluctuations or the rate or rates of interest payable on borrowings and includes interest rate swaps, interest rate agreements, caps, collars, floors, futures or hedging agreements and other like money market facilities and any combination thereof or options on any of the foregoing;

Treasury Contracts in Section 1.1(ee) of the Credit Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Treasury Contracts means any derivative contract or agreement (including any interest rate hedge, swap or any foreign exchange contract) entered into by the Transferor relating to the Transferring Business in connection with the protection against or benefit from any fluctuation in any rate or price;

  • Rate Contracts means swap agreements (as such term is defined in Section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) and any other agreements or arrangements designed to provide protection against fluctuations in interest or currency exchange rates.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Treasury Services Agreement means any agreement between the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary and any Approved Counterparty relating to treasury, depository, credit card, debit card, stored value cards, purchasing or procurement cards and cash management services or automated clearinghouse transfer of funds or any similar services.

  • Assumed Deposits means Deposits.

  • Rate Hedging Obligations of a Person means any and all obligations of such Person, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor), under (a) any and all Rate Hedging Agreements, and (b) any and all cancellations, buy backs, reversals, terminations or assignments of any Rate Hedging Agreement.

  • Secured Treasury Management Agreement means any Treasury Management Agreement between any Loan Party or Subsidiary and any Treasury Management Bank; provided, that for any of the foregoing to be included as a “Secured Treasury Management Agreement” on any date of determination by the Administrative Agent, the applicable Treasury Management Bank (other than the Administrative Agent or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent) must have delivered a Secured Party Designation Notice to the Administrative Agent prior to such date of determination.

  • Applicable Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

  • Treasury Management Agreement means any agreement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, overdraft, credit or debit card, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services and other cash management services.
