Treatment in Place definition

Treatment in Place means (1) a Telehealth Treatment in Place Intervention; or (2) an In- Person Treatment in Place Intervention.
Treatment in Place means EMT services (basic, limited-advanced, and advanced life support services) provided by a Medicaid-enrolled EMS professional to an individual who is released on the scene without transportation by ambulance to a medical facility.¶

  • An individual practitioner must be a physician or non-physician practitioner who meets all State and local laws, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and licensing guidelines or rules to render the particular TennCare-covered service furnished to the TN-T2 Model Beneficiary as part of a Treatment in Place intervention.

  • No, a Qualified Healthcare Partner is not required to ride in the ambulance with the EMS crew to provide Treatment in Place services.

  • Personal Securities Transactions means any transaction in a Security pursuant to which an Access Person would have a Beneficial Ownership interest with the exception of obligations of the U.S. Government, bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, money market fund shares, commercial paper, high quality short-term debt instruments and registered open-end investment companies, none of which are funds advised or sub-advised by the Firm.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
