EMS professional definition

EMS professional means a certified emergency medi- cal responder, licensed emergency medical services practitioner, registered nurse, physician assistant or physician, who is autho- rized to provide emergency medical care.
EMS professional or “EMS personnel” means a certi- fied first responder, licensed emergency medical technician, reg- istered nurse, physician assistant or physician, who is authorized to provide emergency medical care.
