Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;
Wastewater treatment tank means a tank that is designed to receive and treat an influent wastewater through physical, chemical, or biological methods.
Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.
Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
Treatment site means the anatomical description of the tissue intended to receive a radiation dose, as described in a written directive.
Wastewater treatment unit means a device which:
Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
Water treatment plant means that portion of the water supply system which in some way alters the physical, chemical, or bacteriological quality of the water.
Treatment facility means an institution (or distinct part thereof) for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse, which meets fully every one of the following tests:
Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.
Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.
preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duties applicable to an originating good of the exporting Party in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16; and
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material, or A2, for normal form radioactive material as defined in 10 CFR 71.4.
Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.
Thermal treatment means the treatment of hazardous waste in a device which uses elevated temperatures as the primary means to change the chemical, physical, or biological character or composition of the hazardous waste. Examples of thermal treatment processes are incineration, molten salt, pyrolysis, calcination, wet air oxidation, and microwave discharge. (See also “incinerator” and “open burning”.)
Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.
Maltreatment means the neglect, abuse, or financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
