TRS Employee definition

TRS Employee means any officer or other employee (as defined in accordance with Section 3401(c) of the Code) of the TRS or of any corporation, partnership or limited liability company which is then a TRS Subsidiary.

  • U.S. Employee means a person who is an employee of the Company (or of any Subsidiary) for purposes of section 422 of the Code.
