Truck Route definition

Truck Route means a highway, a portion of a highway, or a series of connected highways, designated and described as such in Schedule C to this By-law on which heavy trucks may be present and travel during the times set out in this By-law or in Schedule C to this By-law.
Truck Route means a Highway identified in Schedule A of this by-law;
Truck Route means a highway, a portion of a highway, or a series of connected highways, designated and described as such in Schedule “C” hereto on which Heavy Trucks may be present and travel at any and all times.

  • The Contractor and any subcontractors or suppliers shall at all times comply with the requirements of the City of Palo Alto Truck Route Ordinance set forth in Chapter 10.48 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.

More Definitions of Truck Route

Truck Route means the roads or streets in a city which have been formally designated by the city council as the roads or streets on which trucks must travel when proceeding through the city. [1985 c.564 §1]
