Truck Unloading definition

Truck Unloading means the Service of unloading Cargo from a delivering truck to a Point of Rest on the Terminal with equipment provided by NATSS.

  • Accordingly, the Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive Collective Bargaining Representative under Section 9(a) of the National Labor Relations Act of the Employer’s employees in the following bargaining unit: All employees engaged in, but not limited to, Stagehand, Carpentry, Rigging, Lighting, Electrical, Sound, Painting, Properties, Wardrobe, Pyrotechnics, Video Camera Operation, Truck Unloading and Truck Loading work at the Employer’s facilities or events.

  • If a Truck Unloading Facility becomes unusable due to damage or condition, then TLO shall promptly repair or replace the defective facilities, so long as it is commercially practical to do so and permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

  • TLO shall maintain the Truck Unloading Facilities in good operating condition, subject to normal wear and tear, force majeure and normal deterioration.

  • In the event TLO becomes aware of any environmental, health or safety conditions that violate any Applicable Law or any other conditions concerning the Truck Unloading Facilities, any of TRMC’s premises or facilities that create a hazardous condition, TLO shall immediately provide TRMC with telephonic notice at the numbers set forth herein, informing TRMC about the details of the condition.

  • Upon the termination or expiration of the Term (as defined therein) of the Toledo Truck Unloading & Terminaling Agreement, the Company Services and the Ancillary Company Services that relate to the Toledo Truck Terminal shall also terminate as of the termination or expiration of such Term.

  • In consideration of TRMC’s Minimum Volume Commitment and the fees and charges specified in Section 5, pursuant to this Agreement and any Trucking Service Order, TLO shall provide the Truck Gathering Services and the use of TLO’s Truck Unloading Facilities at the sites listed in Schedule I to allow deliveries of TRMC’s crude petroleum into the High Plains System.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Existing Truck Unloading Facility shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the TENANT and/or an affiliate of TENANT.

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.
