True Lease Equipment definition

True Lease Equipment means the Financed Equipment subject to an Either/or Lease that is properly characterized as a true lease, rather than a lease intended as security, within the meaning of Section 1-201(37) of the UCC.
True Lease Equipment means the Equipment leased under the Leases that are treated as "true leases" for federal income tax purposes.
True Lease Equipment means the Financed Equipment subject to a -------------------- True Lease.
