Trust Debentures means, collectively, the Series B Debentures, the Series C Debentures, the Series D Debentures, the Series E Debentures, the Series F Debentures, the Series G Debentures, the Series H Debentures, the Series I Debentures, the Series J Debentures, the Series K Debentures and the Series L Debentures.
Trust Debentures means those certain Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Notes due 2034 issued by the Company to the TPS Trust on or about December 30, 2003.
