Trust Preferred Indenture definition

Trust Preferred Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of June 20, 2007, by and between LOTS, as issuer, and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee.
Trust Preferred Indenture means the indenture dated as of March 31, 1999, between the Superior and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company as indenture trustee.
