On February 12, 2021, the Company completed a Canadian private placement offering of $250.0 aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured debentures ("Series F Debentures") to accredited investors in Canada.
The redemption price is equal to the greater of the Canada Yield Price (as defined in the relevant indenture) and 100% of the principal amount of the Series F Debentures being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of the redemption.
