Trust Declaration definition

Trust Declaration means the amended and restated declaration of trust establishing the ETFs, as supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time;

Trust Declaration means the amended and restated master declaration of trust made as of July 8, 2021 as it may be further amended from time to time, by the Trustee;

Trust Declaration means a deed of trust declaration substantially in the form set out in the Annex to these Rules and executed by Lendermarket.
